A growing manufacturer in Vancouver, WA is looking to expand their fabrication team. In this role, you'll help build high-quality heaters used in homes across the country—getting hands-on experience and full training from day one.

This is a great opportunity for those coming from construction or trades—or anyone who wants to stay active throughout their shift.

About the Job — Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate

Job Duties:

Perform spot welding and assemble metal components

Load finished parts onto pallets

Get cross-trained on fabrication machines that cut, bend, and seam metal

Pay: $17.50/hour

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM (3-day weekend, every week)

Requirements:

Worked for your most recent employer for 6+ months

Mechanical aptitude or experience using hand/power tools

Able to stand for your entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs
